About the scrapbook
I started this site as a digital scrapbook of our family travels because like everything in life, we forget what happened yesterday. Yes, I have thousands of photos sitting in my iCloud but despite the folder I made of each trip, it didn’t feel treasured.
A second motivator to create this site is I would get asked where we stayed, what we liked, what activities would you recommend, etc. And what did I do? I checked three places; my calendar and notes app to see what kind of itinerary I wrote down and if that failed I’d check my photos and scour my digital documentation of where we went and thanked myself for capturing a photo along the way.
I also made the mistake of telling my eldest daughter about how I used to make scrapbooks as a kid and when she started collecting EVERYTHING on trips it triggered the stress I would have about saving and storing every little receipt and trinket on a trip.
voilà! Now we have a digital scrapbook. You may not find full sentences and that’s on purpose, there’s no need to write more than the back of a polaroid can fit. If a location is linked, you got lucky I had to look up the name of something.
About us
We live in Tampa and currently homeschool, hence the reason for our travels. Well really, traveling was a big reason to homeschool. We may not homeschool forever but for now we’re taking advantage of having two littles I can teach the basics at home.

Halloween '22: Wednesday, Rey, and two hot dog vendors because our friend has a turning hotdog machine like you'd find at a gas station so obviously, we passed out hotdogs.
*In no way am I trying to start a blog, mlm, or make money off of this. It’s simply a way to have a keepsake for our family and an easy means to share information to anyone that happens to be traveling to cities we’ve explored. I know how time consuming research can be to plan your time on a vaca.
